Cloudflare, Inc. hat seinen Sitz in San Francisco, Vereinigte Staaten. Anfragedaten können daher außerhalb des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums verarbeitet werden. Die Europäische Kommission hat entschieden, dass die Vereinigten Staaten für Daten, die an nach dem EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Datenschutzrahmen EU–USA) zertifizierte Organisationen übermittelt werden, ein angemessenes Schutzniveau gewährleisten (Durchführungsbeschluss (EU) 2023/1795 der Kommission). Cloudflare ist zertifiziert.
Cloudflare gibt an, sich bei Übermittlungen aus dem EWR, der Schweiz und dem Vereinigten Königreich in die Vereinigten Staaten auf seine Zertifizierungen nach dem EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, dem Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework und der UK Extension (Datenschutzrahmen und britische Erweiterung) zu stützen. Sollten diese Zertifizierungen entfallen, werden Standardvertragsklauseln herangezogen.
Ihre E-Mails an uns werden über Cloudflare Email Routing geleitet und unterliegen denselben Regelungen.

Anfrageprotokolle werden nur so lange aufbewahrt, wie sie im Cloudflare-Dashboard für diese Website verfügbar sind. Wir exportieren oder kopieren sie nicht.
