El sitio es un conjunto de páginas estáticas. Cuando abres una, tu navegador envía una solicitud web normal que incluye tu dirección IP, la dirección de la página y detalles técnicos como el tipo de navegador. Una dirección IP puede servir para identificar a una persona, por lo que la tratamos como dato personal.
Nuestro proveedor de alojamiento y red de distribución de contenidos, Cloudflare, recibe estas solicitudes para servir las páginas y proteger el sitio frente a usos abusivos. Cloudflare describe los datos que trata en su política de privacidad (se abre en una pestaña nueva): direcciones IP, datos de enrutamiento y otra información sobre el tráfico hacia y desde los sitios a los que presta servicio. Cloudflare puede mostrarnos cifras agregadas de tráfico y registros de solicitudes; solo los utilizamos para mantener el funcionamiento y la seguridad del sitio.
No solicitamos, recogemos ni almacenamos nada más. No hay cuentas, formularios ni comentarios. Si nos escribes por correo electrónico o por X, tratamos tu mensaje y tus datos de contacto para responderte.
No tienes obligación de facilitarnos datos personales, pero tu navegador no puede cargar las páginas sin enviar tu dirección IP.
Donations: the support page only lists payment addresses and loads nothing from other sites. A payment you send there travels over its own network (Bitcoin, Lightning or a token network), not through this site, and reaches us without your name or email. Bitcoin and token transfers are public on their blockchain.

Hemos revisado el código del sitio. El sitio:

- no carga fuentes, scripts ni imágenes de otros servidores: todo procede de financialrepression.cc, incluidos los archivos de datos que leen los gráficos y los contornos del mapa.

Por qué y con qué fundamento jurídico
Servir las páginas y mantener la seguridad y el funcionamiento del sitio y de su red son nuestros intereses legítimos. Para ello es necesario tratar tu dirección IP y los datos de la solicitud; el tratamiento se limita a lo que cualquier sitio web necesita para responder a una solicitud. El RGPD reconoce la seguridad de las redes y de la información como interés legítimo. Responder a los mensajes que nos envías se basa en el mismo fundamento. No utilizamos tus datos para elaborar perfiles, hacer marketing ni tomar decisiones automatizadas.

No vendemos ni compartimos datos personales con nadie más.

Cloudflare, Inc. tiene su sede en San Francisco, Estados Unidos, por lo que los datos de las solicitudes pueden tratarse fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo. La Comisión Europea ha decidido que Estados Unidos garantiza un nivel adecuado de protección de los datos enviados a organizaciones certificadas conforme al EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (marco de privacidad de datos entre la UE y Estados Unidos; Decisión de Ejecución (UE) 2023/1795 de la Comisión), y Cloudflare cuenta con esa certificación.
Cloudflare declara que, para las transferencias desde el EEE, Suiza y el Reino Unido a Estados Unidos, se basa en sus certificaciones conforme al EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, al Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework y a la UK Extension (marcos de privacidad de datos con Estados Unidos y extensión al Reino Unido), y en cláusulas contractuales tipo si esas certificaciones dejan de estar vigentes.
Los correos que nos envías pasan por Cloudflare Email Routing y están sujetos a los mismos mecanismos.

Conforme al RGPD, también tienes derecho a:
- preguntar si tratamos datos personales sobre ti y obtener una copia (acceso);
- solicitar que se corrijan los datos inexactos (rectificación);
- solicitar que se borren datos por los motivos previstos en el RGPD (supresión);
- solicitar que se limite el tratamiento en los casos previstos en el RGPD (limitación).
El derecho a la portabilidad de los datos solo se aplica a tratamientos basados en el consentimiento o en un contrato, por lo que no cubre el tratamiento aquí descrito.
No conservamos datos de visitantes fuera de los registros de Cloudflare, que solo identifican a las personas por su dirección IP. Si no podemos determinar qué registros son tuyos, te lo diremos; puedes ayudarnos indicando la dirección IP y la hora de tu visita.
Para ejercer un derecho, escribe a contact@financialrepression.cc o envía un mensaje a @fin_repression (se abre en una pestaña nueva) en X. Respondemos en el plazo de un mes. Si una solicitud es compleja o recibimos muchas, podemos ampliar el plazo hasta dos meses más; en ese caso, te lo comunicaremos durante el primer mes y explicaremos el motivo.
También tienes derecho a presentar una reclamación ante una autoridad de control de protección de datos, en particular en el Estado miembro de la UE donde resides, trabajas o crees que se produjo la infracción.
